Pipe Stress Interface

Provides a two way exchange of information between AVEVA E3D Design and the CAESAR II pipe stress system.

To enable the Pipe Stress Interface window to open, a PSI Stress Zone must exist. If no zone exists a Confirm window is displayed.

Clicking No will cancel the operation and the Pipe Stress Interface window will not open. Clicking Yes displays the Create Zone window.

Note:
A zone can only be created if the correct location in the hierarchy is selected. If not, an error message is displayed.

Stress Zone

Select a Stress Zone from the drop down list.

Only default zones with Purpose set to PSI Pipe Stress Interface are displayed in the Default Creation Zone window.

PSI is the default selection for Stress Zones and is modified using the Pipe Stress Interface Settings window.
