Activating the Connectivity

The Building application always attempts to connect elements to other elements. If the user has selected a position on a straight wall, a column or a straight beam with a graphical pick, the beam is automatically connected to the selected element.

The name of the connected element is shown with a green background if the connect element is a floor. It is shown with a yellow background if it is a straight wall, column or straight beam.

If the connectivity is activated, the position and the miter of this end are adjusted.
