Display Group

Commands

Click to display the Command Window. Refer to Command Window for further information.

Messages

Click to display the Messages window, which displays a list of messages issued by the application during the session. Refer to Messages for further information.

Appware Load Errors

Explorers Group

Draw Explorer

Allows you to open and close the Draw Explorer. Refer to Draw Explorer for further information.

Department

Click to display a drop-down list with the following options:

Create

Allows you to create a new department. Refer to Create and Modify Departments for further information.

Modify

Allows you to modify the attributes of a department. Refer to Modify Department Attributes for further information.

Registry

Click to display a drop-down list with the following options:

Create

Search

Allows you to open and close the Search and Search Result windows. Refer to Search for further information.

Collections

Import Group

Excel

Allows you to add Excel tables to a drawing. Refer to Add Excel Tables for further information.

Import CAD File

Allows you to import a CAD drawing as a new drawing sheet or symbol template. Refer to Create Sheet or Template from Imported CAD File for further information.

Mapping Settings

Allows you to create fill type and line type mappings for imported CAD (.dwg or .dxf) files. Refer to Mapping Settings for further information.

Export Group

Sheet

Allows you to exports a single sheet to the required format. Refer to Export Single Sheet for further information.

Multi

Allows you to export multiple sheets as individual files to the required format. Refer to Export Multiple Sheets for further information.

Report Group

Run Report

Allows you to run pre-defined reports supplied with the product or created in Report Designer. Refer to Report Designer for further information.

Designer

Allows you to open the Report Designer, in which more complex user-defined reports and report templates can be created. Refer to Report Designer for further information.

Simple

Allows you to create a report with basic formatting. Refer to Simple Reports for further information.

Clash Plotting

Defaults Group

User Defaults

Allows you to set user-specific default settings. Refer to Modify User Defaults for further information.

3D Graphics

Allows you to change the 3D graphic settings. Refer to Graphics Drawlist for further information.

Colors

Allows you to change color settings for the current 3D view. Refer to Color Settings for more information.

Current 3D View

Pick through translucent
