Refresh overlays

If you do not transform overlays manually in advance (for example, because you still need them for untransformed Draft 12.1 sheets), you must manually refresh the overlays for them to appear correctly on Draw sheets.

Refresh overlays is not required if the overlays are to be transformed. Refresh overlays can be processed at any level in the hierarchy that contains overlays.

Refresh overlays does not affect Draft 12.1 overlays that are necessary for a mixed Draft 12.1 and AVEVA E3D Design project environment.

To manually refresh overlays, on the Admin tab, in the Transform group, select Sheets, select Refresh Overlays from the menu.

When the refresh overlay process is complete, Draw creates a log file in the directory %AVEVA_DESIGN_USER%. The file name is of the form DraftLibraryRefresh-20141114-144807.log. The log file details the transformed elements.
