Use the Specifications window to select specifications and components for a particular discipline to export to SP3.
Note:
Make sure a connection has been established between E3D and SP3.

The functionality available for selection is identical to that already described, refer to Work Area for further information. With the exception of the Specification part of the window which is populated with all the specifications and the components in the loaded project for the selected discipline.
Select the check box adjacent to the relevant specifications and component to export. Multiple specifications and disciplines can be exported at one time.
The right click menu provides functionality to filter the information displayed in the window.

Refresh |
Use to refresh the information displayed in the Specifications window. |

Auto Select |
Use to select all the components which exist in the project for the selected specification. |

Clear All |
Use to clear all the check boxes in the Specifications window. |

Verify Mapping |
Use to check if there are any existing mappings, it also displays any missing mapping definitions. Note: |

Add To Mapping |
Use to add selected components to the mapping. |
Context Menu and Data Grids
Use the functionality available to filter, sort and select the displayed information. Statistical information is also displayed

Select All |
Use to select all the entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Select Filtered |
Use to select all the filtered entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Append Filtered |
Use to add filtered entries using the right click menu. |

Deselect All |
Use to deselect all the entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Deselect Filtered |
Use to deselect all the filtered entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Invert All |
Use to reverse the order of all the entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Invert Filtered |
Use to reserve the order of all the filtered entries in the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |

Autofit Columns |
Use to autofit the columns into the Specification part of the window using the right click menu. |
In Mapping Catalog and Pipe Components functionality, there is an additional means for finding and displaying information for the currently selected component using the right click menu.

Erase Selected Cells |
Use to remove the content of the currently selected cell in the window. |

Remove Selected Rows |
Use to remove the currently selected row in the window. |
|
Duplicate Selected Rows |
Use to copy the currently selected row in the window. |
|
Fill Bulk Down |
Use to move the currently selected row down in the order in the window. |
|
Fill Bulk Up |
Use to move the currently selected row up in the order in the window. |
|
Find when used |
Use to display the Find where used window populated with additional catalog and specification information.
