Representation Levels for Catalogue Elements

Component geometry (cataloged walls, cataloged floors, beams and columns) should be at levels 0 to 20 for anchor spacing checks. Positive and negative geometry for sub-components should be at levels between 0 and 10; only the negatives for representing anchor spacing should be used in the range 10 to 20.
