Creates a Site. Before any element can be created, a Site and a Zone must be created. These two elements are a way of grouping items in specific areas to allow greater control of the model.
A SITE is owned by the WORLD and the ZONE is owned by the SITE. The SITE, is the entire area and holds a number of ZONE elements, these can be all the zones within the site, such as ZONE ELECCABLES, this would hold all the electrical cabling items for zone Elec-Cables.

Name |
To name the new element explicitly, select Name from the drop-down menu and enter a name in the text box. If autonaming rules have been set up by the system administrator, the element can be named automatically using the appropriate naming rules for its type. To do this, select Autoname from the drop-down menu. |

Purpose |
If purposes have been set up by the system administrator, and you want to allocate a purpose to the element, select one from the drop-down menu. |

Attributes |
To view the current attribute settings, some of which have been cascaded down from the new element's owner, click Attributes to display the Attributes window.
Select Track CE check box, the listed attributes is updated as different elements are selected in the Explorer or in the 3D display. To change any of these settings, click on the corresponding line in the list. Specific settings at the bottom of the window is displayed, from which you can edit the setting. |
Click OK to create the site or Cancel to discard.
