Penetrations

Sets the default definitions for the symbols, labels and dimensions used on the main isometric view to indicate the location of Penetrations.

The supplied MDS Support annotation has the appearance:

For each support, a symbol, a label extracting perhaps the name of the support and a dimension to the support location can be defined.

The settings for this window are stored in the defaults file DRA-ISO-PENENTRATION.

Select a Drawing Type from the drop-down list.

Select the Penetration from the Penetration Component drop-down menus.

The functionality available in the Penetrations window is similar to that available in the MDS Support Defaults window. Refer to Supports for further information.
