Expunge User

Following unexpected software crashes, network interruptions, or power outages, you can clear the lingering session in the database that continues to hold items associated with your current session.

  1. Select Project.

  2. Select Expunge to display the Expunge User Process window.

  3. Select the old session (without asterix on the Date).

  4. Select Expunge.

    The application expunges the conflicting session and releases its claims. You can continue to work on items which have been claimed.
