Non-Drafting Applications of Point Construction

The point construction facilities can be used not only with 2D drafting but also with other functional areas of Draw. For example, dimensioning and labelling. These uses of point construction are most useful, and in some cases can only be used, with the cursor; a linear piece of the design, a dimension line, a label line, for example, can only be picked, for use with point construction, directly with the cursor.
