Position and Populate Spool Drawing Backing Sheet

Functionality is available to position and define information that is displayed on a spool drawing backing sheet.
To create a backing sheet, you must create a library element to store the backing sheet information. Refer to Create Library for further information.
You must then create a sheet library element to store backing sheet information. Refer to Create Sheet Library for further information.
Note:
In order for the sheet library to be identified as a spool drawing sheet library,
the SpPurp attribute must be set to PSPOOL.
You must then create a backing sheet element to store spool drawing information. Refer to Create Backing Sheet for further information.
Note:
Elements are required for the appearance of the backing sheet and are divided into
manageable sections. For example, Title, Logo, MTO Table, Bending Table. Refer to
Notes for further information.
The LIBY, SHLB and BACK elements display containing NOTE elements.

The element naming conventions are important as well as the SPurpose and Function attributes.
