Production Design Configurations Window

Note: Users can just view the Production Design Configurations. Administrators can modify the configurations.

Displays all relevant data and values for a user, for checking purposes. An administrator can define the options to ensure a valid production process.

Production area

Displays the different production areas in which the particular values are defined.

Part Information Text

Defines the information text settings of parts.

Auto Pos

Defines the configuration for the automatic positioning.

For further information, see Auto Pos configuration.

DXF/DWG Plate Export

Defines a configuration set for DXF / DWG export of plates.

For further information, see DXF/DWG plate configuration.

Label

Defines a configuration set for labelling bevels, directions, excesses, and parts.

Marking

Defines a configuration set for marking.

For further information, see Marking - Guide Diagram.

Part Naming

Defines a configuration set for naming of parts.

For further information, see Part Naming.

Shrinkage

Defines a configuration set for automatic Shrinkage Compensation calculation.

Variant / Chamfer

Defines when a chamfer is required for plates in a butt joint.

Alignment Marking

Defines a configuration set for alignment marking.

For further information, see Alignment Marking Guide Diagram table.

Taps

Defines a configuration set for tap calculation.

For further information, see Production - Taps.

Draw

Defines a configuration set for export of plates to Draw.

For further information, see Draw plate configuration.

Configuration sets

Displays the stored configuration sets. Some Production Configuration areas have a single or multiple predefined Default Configuration sets available. For example, for Part Information Text area:

If you have created further sets they are displayed too.

Name

Displays the Name of a stored configuration set.

Description

Displays the Description of a stored configuration set.

Configuration actions

Offers a set of options to manage configuration sets.

Add

Displays an empty Configuration Definition table to define and add a new configuration set.

Edit

Displays the Configuration Definition of a selected configuration set to edit.

Copy

Copies a selected configuration set.

Delete

Deletes a selected configuration set.

Store

Saves the configuration.

Cancel

Discards changes and closes the configuration window.

Configuration Definition

Defines calculation data and values for the particular area; for example, Part information set.
