Creates a ship grid with frame and longitudinal positions.

The window Quick Grid can be used when this function is activated. Fill in the start and end values and spacing to create the REFGRD and set the purpose of the created grid to 'SHIP' which identifies the main ship grid. The main ship grid is used to create model elements, for example curves and surfaces.
