Add existing empty branches under Current Element (CE)

Instead of creating an empty branch from scratch, you select Add empty branches under Current Element for an empty branch, or multiple branches based on the CE in the model explorer.

For example, if a zone has three pipes with empty branches, Add empty branches under Current Element with zone as CE will add them into the start/end positions list.
