Modify Whitespace Element Rule

Sets the definitions for an existing WSERUL.
The WSERST must be selected in the hierarchy to make it the CE.
The WSERUL attributes can be modified using the Attributes window or the Command Window.
The WSERUL element contains non-standard element attributes that are used to define the rule.

Criteria |
A standard PML1 COLLECT condition which may or may not be matched by an annotation element. For example:
The rule set application mechanism does not scan the whole project and limits the scope of the condition to the drawing owner. The FOR part of the condition must be omitted to make the rule reusable. |

Omitflag |
The omit flag is a Boolean attribute specifying whether to apply (false) or ignore (true) the rule. Rules can be disabled without deleting the database elements. |

Westrf |
Specifies the WESTYL to be set on the annotations which match the condition. |
