Environmental Setup Requirements

You may need to set the following environment variables:

ODBC_DRIVER_TRACE_FILE

If this environment variable is set to a pathname, the trace output produced by ODBC drivers will be set to this log file instead of the ODBC default filename. Trace output is switched on and off with the EXTERNAL TRACE command.

The ODBC Data Source Administrator also provides control over this logging.
