Use the Update Clash Status functionality to update the clash status of the CE, Elements or MDB, from the AVEVA Clash Manager window, select View > Status Control to display the AVEVA Clash Manager - Clash Status Update window.

Use the functionality available from the Database Options part of the Clash Manager Update Clash Status window, to select objects from the Clash Manager tables that can have clash status set against them:

CE

Select the CE as the object to have clash status set against it.

Elements

Select from a list of database elements to have clash status set against them,

MDB

Select the entire database to have clash status set against it.

Note:
This option should be used with caution as it could take some time to collect all the available objects that can have clash status against them.

Use the Populate Form functionality to display all the writable objects names, type and clash statuses extracted from the Clash Manager tables.

Note:
The GTYPS that are collected are based on the ELEL of the status definition/Clash Status.

Select Update Status to set the status against their equivalent objects in the databases. A log file called clashStatus.log is produced in the AVEVA_DESIGN_USER directory to record any warnings or errors that may occur. This file will be overwritten with each update. The results can be viewed in the standard status control grid.
