DELETE NULL ANNO

- deletes all RDIM, DPPT, DPBA, RPPT and APPT elements with unset or invalid DDNMs, for example, where the corresponding Model element has been deleted. If this makes the dimension itself invalid (that means, it cannot be drawn), then the dimension is also deleted. Note that dimension elements that have no dimension points to begin with are ignored.
