Idealization

Creates idealized panels from normal panels. An idealized panel is a geometrically simplified representation of panel with properties being identical as normal panel. Main objective with Idealized Panel is to use when exporting model for 3rd Party software’s for analysis or class society approval. Idealized model needs to be stored under FEM Zone and FEM Zone can be created under FEMWLD. Idealization settings can control if any type component needs to be omitted or under certain size component to be omitted . Idealization Settings are stored under IDLSET and can be accessed via Property Editor when a FEMZON is created or selected:
