Include or Exclude View Element Data from an Intelligent Table

If a SHEE element is used as the data source scope for the intelligent table, all design elements referenced by views present under the selected SHEE will be used as the data source scope for the intelligent table.Data referenced from a VIEW element can be included or excluded from the intelligent table.

Input the command EXVIEW and press Enter.

You are prompted to Choose operation type <Exclude>

Press the down arrow key and select Exclude to exclude data from the intelligent table, Alternatively, press the down arrow key and select Include to include data in the intelligent table.

You are then prompted to Select intelligent table

Click to identify the intelligent table to be modified.

You are then prompted to Select views

Click to identify the VIEW elements to include/exclude from the intelligent table and press Enter.

The data referenced from the selected VIEW elements is included or excluded from the table. The command ends automatically.
