Contains data about the equivalent angle of the members.

Note:
The axis system of the AVEVA E3D Design profiles is different to the Staad Pro profiles, the angle or constant data must be set to produce the same orientation in the two systems. The data is obtained from the ISECT elements in the idealized model along with data from the mapping file.
