Draw Database

The Draw Database (DB) contains a complete definition of a Draw drawing. The database does not contain information describing the geometry of the graphics that make up a drawing, but gives a description of how those graphics are presented on a drawing.

From this database definition (together with the Design and Catalogue databases which describe the appropriate 3D model) a drawing is generated which reflects the state of the design at that particular time. The on screen drawing display can be processed to produce a hard copy plotfile.
