Panel Node Tolerances

If panel nodes are within the designated tolerance, the nodes are merged. In the example, the two panel nodes are within 50mm of the top of column node.
If the panel tolerance is set to 0mm, the panel nodes are not merged with the top of column node.
If the panel tolerance is set to 50mm, the panel nodes are merged with the top of column node.
