Export Multiple Sheets

Exports multiple sheets as individual files to the required format using a selected export configuration set.
Note:
You can export sheets to PDF format as individual files, a single file or multiple
drawing files.
Refer to the following export configuration settings for further information:
On the Tools tab, in the Export group, select Multi, select the required export format and the required export configuration set from the from drop-down menus to display the Export window.

The All sheets list displays all of the available sheets in the hierarchy.
The Selected sheets list displays all of the sheets that are included in the export.

Click to add the selected element and the member elements from the All sheets list to the Selected sheets list. |

Click to remove the selected element and the member elements from the Selected sheets list. |

Name |
Displays the filenames for the exported sheets. By default, each exported file is named using the sheet name and the current revision number (if a revision is present). |

Drawing types |
Allows you to filter the All sheets list by drawing type. Click the arrow icon to display a drop-down list.
Select the required drawing type from the drop-down list. |

Export |
Allows you to define the file output when exporting drawings to PDF format.
Select Single file from the drop-down list to export multiple sheets to a single file. By default, the export file is auto named. Select DRWG Grouped from the drop-down list to export multiple drawings to individual files. All selected sheets in a drawing are exported to a single file. By default, the export file is named using the drawing name. Select Multiple files from the drop-down list to export multiple sheets to individual files. By default, each exported file is named using the sheet name and the current revision number (if a revision is present). |
Click Export to export the selected sheets.
A standard Browse for Folder window displays. You must specify the folder into which the files are to be exported.

Click OK to proceed with the export.
During the export process, a progress bar displays which tracks the progress.

Click to cancel the export process. By default, the progress bar is closed. |

Click to expand the progress bar which displays a summary of the export process. |

Click to collapse the progress bar summary display. |
By default, the progress bar is closed when the export process is completed.
