Define stiffener parameters using Properties grid

Prerequisite

• Create stiffener at plane using grid.

The Properties grid allows you to display the Stiffener Parameter window to define required stiffener parameters (stiffener type, geometry data).

1. In the 3D View, select the stiffener.

2. On the Home tab, in the Display group, select Properties to display the Properties grid.

   

3. In the Properties grid, select in the Designation line.

4. Select the ... icon to display the Stiffener Designation window.

   

5. Select Angle bar (equal ...).

6. Enter the required parameters, for example, 350 (mm) for a, 250 for b and 25 for s.

   The application populates the Designation box with the appropriate parameter code and recreates the stiffener accordingly.
