Area Extrusions

When a Inventory volume and Flooding volume has been created, an Area Extrusion element must be created to represent the physical volume. Each Inventory volume and Flooding volume element can own a number of area extrusions.

Once the Inventory volume and Flooding volume element has been created, the user must select the only option available from the drop down list in the Create group on the BUILDING tab.

The options available from the Create Extrusion window are identical as those available from the Create Slab + Screed window.

Click Apply to create the Extrusion element, the Modify Extrusion window is displayed and the Area Extrusion element is displayed in the Building Applications window and in the Applications window. for further information on the Modify Extrusion window, refer to Modify Area Extrusion.

Click Dismiss to discard any inputs and close the Create Extrusion window.
