Best Possible Result Stop Condition

The conditions are met when AVEVA E3D Whitespace Optimizer is able to produce a perfect result (MP = 0). This doesn't require an exhaustive check of the different annotation placement positions and is more likely on drawings with a large amount of annotations to move, if the annotations are sparse enough and it is possible to place each annotation without penalty.

Note:
This stop condition is redundant if the MP Limit stop condition is enabled (which is always the case when a batch mode whitespace calculation is run).
