In order to use a European Bar Code on the drawing, it is necessary to download the Free 3 of 9 font.
After font download, the font must be registered with the windows font administration tool.
Note:
The Free 3 of 9 font can only be used as a True Type Font.
Install the Free 3 of 9 font to the \Windows\Fonts folder.

The font must then be configured using the Admin module. Refer to Administration User for further information.
To access the bar code font in the application, the Font attribute value must match the Font ID defined in the Admin module.

A bar code note is used to represent bar code data which requires additional administrative information.
A bar code note element is named Barcode.
The process to insert a Barcode note element is explained as part of the process to insert an MtoTable note element, with the exception of the SpPurp and Function values. Refer to Backing Sheet MTO Table Note for further information.
Note:
In order for the note to be identified as a barcode, the SpPurp attribute must be set to BARC and the Function attribute set to unset.

The barcode note displays on the drawing canvas.

The new TEXP element displays in the Draw Explorer.
