Manually Update Report Output

It is sometimes necessary to change a small number of values in the report before printing. One way to make these changes can be to export the report to an editable file (for example, an RTF file), then use an appropriate editor tool to edit values and then print the report.

To export a report, on the Report Designer tab, in the AVEVA group, click Run Report to display the Run Report window with the Print Preview tab displayed. The Export options become available.
