APSI uses two Application Data Worlds (APPLDW) as storage areas within the MDB. The first is for the interface defaults which provide options for default colors and model transfer to APS. The second is to store the nodal data for transferring 3-D Piping data to APS

The defaults APPLDW is identified by having its function attribute set to ‘APSI – Defaults’. The first time a user opens the APSI application the defaults and model worlds will not exist so the first steps are to create them.
