The HVAC Spec Standard Length form is used to define specific standard lengths and minimum lengths for STRT components when components are used by the HVAC Gap Manager application in the Model module. If ducting gaps are shorter than the defined minimum length, the gap manager will highlight the gap but not automatically fill the gap.
To open the HVAC Spec Standard Length form, on the HVAC ribbon, under Specification, select HVAC Spec Gap Standard Length.

Use the HVAC Specs list to select a specification that is included in the opened project.
You can browse to a specification you want to edit in the Catalogue Explorer, and then select the Add Current Element button to add it to the list.
