Log File

Whenever an IsoADP drawing is created or updated a log file is created that contains messages about events that occurred during the processing.

All log files are created in the folder %AVEVA_DESIGN_USER%\Log Files. Refer to Log File for further information.

Each file is named and date stamped in the following format:

'isolog' + day date + month number + year number

For example:. isolog5-5-11.txt

If a log file exists it is overwritten, consequently, only one is created for a specific day.

It is important that the log files are viewed, as any errors, or warnings are included along with standard Draw messages. These help you interpret any problems that may occur.
