Rule for Setting Justification

The rule for setting justification contains various Logical Expressions (RLOGIC) elements.

The first rule checks if the Uppings of the GENSEC are equal. For example, the GENSEC is horizontal. If it is, the next rules set the the JUSL based on the GTYP of the GENSEC.
Note:
The GTYP attribute is automatically set to the GTYP of the specification reference,
as it would be if the GENSEC was created using the standard structural application.
For example, if the GENSEC is horizontal and the GTYP is PFI, the GENSEC JUSL attribute
is set to CTOP.
The second rule checks if the Uppings of the GENSEC are equal. If not, the JUSL is set to NA.
If no rules are found that match the criteria, the JUSL attribute is left as default NA.
