When entering dimensional data, the units applied are taken from default settings. The default units are specified independently for each unit type.
To change a unit format, select the required database unit from the drop-down list. An example of the selected unit is displayed.
Note:
The available unit formats in the drop-down lists are dependant on which database
unit value is chosen, (imperial, metric or both systems of measurement).

Project defaults |
Click Load to restore the project default unit settings. |

User defaults |
Depending on the permissions set by the project administrator, Save can be active or disabled. If active, Save sets the currently selected unit formats as the user defaults. If disabled, the unit formats can still be changed and are set as the default values in subsequent sessions. Click Load to restore the user default unit settings. |
