Select Existing Drawing

Displays the ABA drawings that are available for selection.
Click to select the required drawings or right-click the current selection to display a drop-down menu.

Select All |
Select from the drop-down menu to select all drawings within list. |

Clear Selection |
Select from the drop-down menu to clear all selected drawings from the list. |
Click OK to add the selected drawings to the Existing Drawings list on the Process Drawings Control window or Cancel to discard any changes and close the ABA Drawing List window.
When the Existing Drawings list part of the Process Drawings Control window is populated, right-click to display a drop-down menu. Functionality also becomes available to modify the sheet variant template for drawings. Refer to Modify Sheet Variant Template for further information.

Select All |
Select from the drop-down menu to select all drawings in the Existing Drawings list. |

Clear Selection |
Select from the drop-down menu to deselect all currently selected drawings in the New Drawings list. |

Add |
Select from the drop-down menu to add the currently selected drawing on the Draw Explorer to the Existing Drawings list. |

Add From List |
Select from the drop-down list to add to add drawings from the currently selected list of drawings. Refer to Lists/Collections for further information. |

Rename |
Allows you to rename the currently selected drawing in the Existing Drawings list. Select from the drop-down menu to display the Rename Drawing window.
You can modify the value in the Name field to rename the drawing. Click OK to apply the new drawing name or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Rename Drawing window. |

Remove All |
Select from the drop-down list to remove all drawings from the Existing Drawings list. |

Remove Selection |
Select from the drop-down list to remove the currently selected drawing from the New Drawings list. |
