Print Margins

Defines the margins for the printed output.

The Margins Settings window allows you to define individual print margins, set default print margins or select the printed output to use the printer margins.

Left |
Input a dimensional value in the field to define the left margin for the printed output. |

Right |
Input a dimensional value in the field to define the right margin for the printed output. |
|
Top |
Input a dimensional value in the field to define the top margin for the printed output. |
|
Bottom |
Input a dimensional value in the field to define the bottom margin for the printed output. |

Set Default Margins |
Click to set the current values in Left, Right, Top and Bottom fields as the default margins. |

Use Printer Margins |
Select the check box to create the printed output with margins defined by the printer. The X and Y printer margins display at the bottom of the Margins Settings window. |
If an invalid margin setting is applied, you receive an error message summarizing the problem. For example, if you input a margin value of a, an error displays:

If a negative margin setting is applied, you receive an error message. For example:

Click OK to apply the margins or Cancel to discard any changes and close the Margins Settings window.
