Create Drawing Sheet from a Drawing Type and Template Sheet

Creates a drawing sheet from a selected drawing type, template and template sheet.

The drawing element that the sheet is to be created in must be selected on the Draw Explorer prior to sheet creation.

On the Home tab, in the Project group, click New and select Template Sheets from the drop-down menu to display the drawing types, templates and template sheets.

Select Drawing from the available Drawing Types.

Select a Template Type from the drop-down list to filter the available Templates. The Template Types are explained, refer to Create Drawing from Drawing Type and Template for further information.

Select the required Drawing Template from the gallery.

Select the required Drawing Template Sheet from the gallery and click Create.

The sheet element is created and assigned a default name of the drawing name followed by /S and the next available number.
