Import-DGN (Basic facilities) Command Line

The Import-DGN (Basic facilities) functionality can be run from the windows command line, or from a script such as a Windows .bat file, a perl program, from PML using the SYSCOM command, use the ImPlant - I.exe program from the main AVEVA E3D Design executables folder.
