Specification Break

Sets the default definitions for the symbols used on the main isometric view to indicate the point where any specification changes occur.

The supplied Specification Break Symbol has the appearance:

The display values are the Specification Names.

The settings for this window are stored in the defaults file DRA-ISO-SPEC-BREAK.

Select a Drawing Type from the drop-down list.

Input an extraction rule in the Extraction Rule field to extract a string from the name of the HVAC or CWAY specification.

For example, if the HVAC Pspec name is '/AVEVA_HVACSPEC' then the default PML method '.part(2,|_|)' would produce a string of value 'HVACSPEC'

The functionality of the Local Labels part of the Specification Break Defaults window is similar to that of the Local Labels part of the Elevation Tag Defaults window. The Specification Breaks Default window differs from the Elevation Tag Defaults window in that it does not have a Code field, Use Template and General Label check boxes.
