Weight element requirements

The supplied AVEVA catalogues and specifications are setup to refer to a single component data CMPD element in the properties database.

This CMPD element gets the total weight and the insulation weight from data elements.

For the setup there must be two weight data elements in the data set, one for total weight (TWEI) and one for insulation weight (IWEI).

TWEI is set with the following values:

• Description: Total Weight

• Key: TWEI

• Definition: Parameter

• No.: Can be any value, but not the same as for IWEI

• Type: Mass

• Default: (ATTRIB PARA[7 ])

IWEI is set with the following values:

• Description: Insulation Weight

• Key: IWEI

• Definition: Parameter

• No.: Can be any value, but not the same as for TWEI

• Type: Mass

• Default: (ATTRIB PARA[8 ])

If each individual component has its own CPMD, then weight data can be stored directly in the CPMDs, and then TWEI and IWEI elements are not required.
