Apply Cutting List to Section Plane

Each section plane can be associated with a pre-defined cutting list. Elements within the cutting list are removed from the view, allowing for other elements to remain in the view even though a section plane exists.
Cutting lists, which are effectively drawlists, are pre-defined by the administrator.
Select a cutting list from the Select Cutting List drop-down list.

Click Pick Section Plane to associate a cutting list with a section plane.
You are prompted to Select section
Click to identify the section plane to associate with the cutting list.
The prompt is repeated allowing you to associate multiple section planes with the cutting list.
Press ESC to end the command. The cutting list is associated with the identified section planes.
When the cutting list associations are complete. It may be necessary to manually update the view to display the modifications. Refer to Format 2D View for further information.
The example indicates a view that contains piping and equipment elements. The piping elements are contained within the cutting list and removed from the view using a section plane. The equipment elements are ignored by the section plane and remain within the view.
