Reference Pointers and Settings

The pointers and attribute settings which you may specify for structural component specifications are the same as those defined in Reference Pointers and Settings for piping components, although the relative importance of the references will differ (for example, Fluid Reference (FLUREF), Pipeline Pressure Rating (RATING) and Fixed Length Piping Line Type (LINETYPE) are unlikely to be relevant). As for piping components, only the Catalog Reference (CATREF) pointer is obligatory.
