Create a corrugated (swage) surface by transforming an exisiting planar surface into a parametric surface (PSURF).
Create a corrugated surface
Before you begin, you must have an existing planar surface you wish to corrugate/swage.

On the Common Reference tab, in the Create group, select Surface, then select Corrugated from the dropdown list.
The system prompts you to select a surface unless the current element is already a planar surface.
The Create Corrugation Surface dialog opens, showing the selected surface name in the Surface box:

To choose a different surface, enter the name of surface in the Surface box, or select Select and choose the surface in the 3D view.

The default Corrugation Start Location is the lower-left corner of the surface. To set a different start location, select Select and choose the location interactively in the 3D view. Select Default to return the values to the default start location.

The default Corrugation Direction/Symmetry is Positive. Select Negative to reverse the direction.

The Corrugation Definition section is pre-populated with default values. Adjust any of the following corrugation parameters as needed:
Swage properties:

W1: Swage Width Top
-
W2: Swage Width Bottom
-
H: Swage Height
-
Slope: Slope Length
-
Radius1: First Swage Radius
-
Radius2: Second Swage Radius

Symmetric: Enable symmetric corrugation about the ship centerline (Y=0 mm).
Other corrugation parameters:

Initial Swage Direction: Direction of the first swage from the start location

Linear Segment Length: Length of each linear segment
-
Swage Count: Number of swages to be created

Select Apply.
The system transforms the planar surface into the corrugated (or swage) PSURF surface.
