Checks the model integrity of the FRMW elements for warnings and errors.

Warnings are indicated with

Errors are indicated with
.
Note:
A usable STD file can be created if warnings are present, errors must be fixed before
progressing.
The following checks are processed:

GENSEC element lengths must not be zero.

GENSEC elements must have a valid SPINE element.
-
Spref attributes must be set and valid.

The Spref attribute must have a valid Staad Pro equivalent in the mapping file.

The Matref attribute must be set and referenced to a material in the mapping file.

GENSEC element start and end points are connected.
-
Start and end connections are in the analysis list.
-
PANE elements must have a PLOO element.
-
PLOO elements must have the height set.
-
PLOO elements must have at least three distinct PAVE elements.

To navigate to an item that requires attention, click on the error or warning in the grid.
Example warnings and errors:

If the Matref attribute is not set on a GENSEC element, the SAI outputs default STEEL information to the STD file.

Cantilevered beams with unconnected ends produce a warning which can be ignored.

If an error is produced where the Spref attribute does not have a valid Staad Pro equivalent in the mapping file, there will be missing data in the STD file, which should be fixed before progressing.
Integrity
Re-checks the model integrity for warnings and errors. If the mapping file is modified to include new mappings, it may be necessary to close and re-enter AVEVA E3D Design.

Select the check box to ignore the current warnings and errors in the grid.
