In the Integrator Report, accepted differences are identified with a small green icon and have their own default colour for use in the 3D model.

Note:
Before a difference on a pair of elements can be accepted, the elements must be linked.
If elements are not linked, the match may not persist in subsequent sessions as it
depends on data values and rules configuration.
If the pair of elements are matched but not linked as shown in the Integrator Comments window.

In the Integrator Report window, right click in the Details tab and select Link matched elements from the displayed menu.

A prompt is then displayed.

If two elements have not been matched they will be reported on different rows to each other, and may have been matched to other elements. For example, Integrator by default will not match an SCINST to a PCOM, but if they have been modelled that way they can be linked to preserve the design intent.
Right click in the Details tab on one of the elements, click Select for Linking, and then click on the required elements. Then right click on the other element and click to Link the required pair (there may be more than one choice of link candidates).
After a redo of the comparison they will be lined up in the Integrator Report, the Accept Differences option in the right click menu is then available for selection.
Hint:
To find a schematic element in the Integrator Report, drag and drop it from the Diagram Viewer or the Schematic Explorer onto the Integrator report. To find a 3D object in the Integrator report, click on
it in the 3D view to make it current, then drag and drop it from the design explorer
onto the Integrator report.
To accept a difference on a pair of linked elements, right click and select Accept Differences.
