Use Create Local Point Cloud Model to load a point cloud dataset stored on your local machine.
Steps

On the Admin tab, in the Point Cloud group, select Access, and then select Create Local Point Cloud Model from the dropdown menu to open AVEVA Point Cloud Manager (PCM) and to display the Laser survey window.

Select the required local point cloud dataset, and then select Open.
The Local Point Cloud dataset loads.
