Understand Product Groups alarms and events

The following table provides details for configuring the Product Group alarm messages.
Note: The following messages are all alarms that will generate an identical event. The message text can be customized and the alarm severity adjusted. To customize the configuration of an Alarm/Event Message, refer to the msgInfo table row for Alarm/Event Message Identifier of interest. For more information on configuration using the msgInfo table, see Volume 1 of the RealTime Administrator documentation.
