  1. An accumulator record is created for a rate record that needs to be assigned to the virtualflowcomputer record. For more information on creating an accumulator record, refer to Create an Accumulator record.

  2. The standard fields required for any table are set. This includes the following:

    • Name

    • Group

    • Dataset

      Note: The Group and Dataset fields will be the same as on the parent virtualflowcomputer record.

  3. The reference to the rate record (the Rate field on the Main tab) is assigned.

  4. The value at which the counter value (for Indicated Volume [IV], Gross Volume [GV], and Gross Standard Volume [GSV] values) generated for the accumulator record will roll over (the Input Rollover field on the Main tab) is set.
