It is possible to edit the Active Ticket. This allows the you to make urgent changes to the schedule, provide more information about the nature of the ticket, declare that the ticket can be switched automatically when the scheduled volume has been reached, or to make volume corrections when the batch is being processed. If the changes you make are unsuccessful, you will receive an error message outlining the source of the problem.
The Batch Transfer Edit dialog allows you to modify details of the active batch. The batch transfer record's schedule is stored in the batchSchedule table of the Historical database. The schedule values1 entered here will be used to update the record's active schedule for record keeping purposes. The normal database modification and Controller control events are generated.

The following table details the items on the Batch Transfer Edit dialog.

Fields |
Description |
|---|---|
|
Batch ID |
Enter the batch ID of the active batch. By default, a Batch ID must adhere to the following standards:
If the Batch ID fails to meet these standards, an error message appears. The standards for batch IDs can be configured by the Administrator and may be different on your system. 1This is a scheduled value. |
|
Scheduled GSV |
Enter the scheduled gross standard volume of the batch. The units are defined by the unit profile. 1This is a scheduled value. Note: In the case of Scheduled GSV, only the amount of change will be sent to Historical to be added to the batchSchedule table. This ensures that, for a split ticket, the overall scheduled GSV is not set to the split ticket's partial schedule. For example, a ticket with an overall Scheduled GSV of 18 and a current GSV of 8 is split. At this point, the Scheduled GSV of the split ticket is 10 (18-8). If you then changes the active ticket Scheduled GSV of 10 to 12, a gain of 2 is sent to the overall Scheduled GSV, which becomes 20. |
|
Product Type |
Click (...) to select the product type of the ticket. The Product Type Selector dialog appears, and you will be able to select the proper product type. 1This is a scheduled value. |
|
S&W Percentage |
Enter the ratio of the sediment and water volume to the total volume, expressed as a percentage. Valid entries can be 0% through 100%. This field is only available for edit in the event that an analog point has not been configured to provide the sediment and water information. 1This may be a scheduled value. |
|
GSV Adjustment |
Enter an adjustment to the gross standard volume (GSV), if required. The value entered can be positive or negative. However, if the adjustment value makes the GSV negative, the GSV will be set to 0.0. |
|
Operator Comments |
Enter any comments you have about the ticket. 1This is a scheduled value. |
|
Switch on Volume |
When Switch on Volume is enabled, the Batch Transfer application will automatically start the next ticket in the pending queue when the volume to go on the active ticket reaches zero. |
|
Contaminated |
Select Contaminated to change the contamination setting of the ticket. If the ticket is marked as contaminated, the Contaminated field on the Batch Transfer Control window reads Yes. If the ticket is marked as not contaminated, the Contaminated field reads No. 1This is a scheduled value. |
|
