Assign violation checking to the Injection Device

The start and stop of the Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) injection is not handled from the Controller's DRA Control screen. Instead, the DRA Control provides navigation to the Status, Multistate, or Pump Control where the command can be issued. Command validation checking must therefore be enabled by assigning a rule to the status, multistate, or pump record using the Rule Validation Engine (RVE) utility. The rule entered to handle this validation is DRAInjectorStartVerify.
